Trauma Awareness
Shadow work and trauma awareness is the practice of becoming aware of hidden and (often) unconscious aspects of one's personality or behaviour. This includes fears, insecurities, recurring patterns of behaviour, blocks, and negative thoughts. Becoming aware of and integrating what lies in the shadow, allows the individual to transmute these behaviours into something that has a more positive outcome within their lives. It is a tool for personal and spiritual growth!
Emotional Release/
Energy Healing
Emotional release and energy healing is the process of using various different tools and modalities to release the body of trapped emotions and energetic blockages. When emotions or energy becomes stuck in the body, it can cause all sorts of negative effects in body, mind and spirit; ranging from physical illness, mental health issues, and poor life circumstances. Releasing these blockages is an integral part of clearing the way energetically, allowing free-flowing energy to create positive and sustainable changes in one's life.
Spiritual Principles
Understanding some spiritual principals can be the backbone in personal growth. It helps people to gain a broader birds-eye perspective in challenging situations. This allows people to not take conflict, or upsetting circumstances so personally. When you can take a step-back from feeling personally victimised, it allows you the space to make rational and clearly formed decisions, rather than emotionally charged reactions.
Healthy Living
Healthy living is the incorporation of beneficial lifestyle changes that will enhance your ability to live your best life. These changes vary from person-to-person (which is why Stacey tailors it to the individual), but can include things like diet, exercise, environmental changes, lifestyle changes, etc. The quality of one's health (in body, mind and spirit) will determine the quality of one's life. Everything is intertwined, and therefore, everything must be considered and geared towards optimum health. Optimum health = Optimum results!
Mindset Work
Mindset work is the ability to recognise what beliefs and thought patterns are holding you back. When you can recognise these mental handicaps, you then have the power to change them. There's a variety of different mindset tools and practices, this is where Stacey uses her intuition to find what ones will benefit and enhance your ability to become the best version of you.
